Clerk

The role involves owning and managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary technical advisor and guiding customers through complex identity and access management integrations. Responsibilities also include driving revenue retention and expansion by identifying risks and upsell opportunities, while translating customer feedback for the Product team.

The engineer will work across Clerk's frontend surfaces, including the Dashboard and developer-facing components, taking responsibility beyond simple ticket resolution. They must collaborate with customers and teammates while maintaining and evolving the existing frontend architecture.
