You will own the customer program end-to-end, orchestrating cross-functional efforts between engineering, product, and the customer to ensure successful onboarding and adoption. You are responsible for maintaining a single source of truth for program status and driving complex technical deliverables to completion.

The Senior Forward Deployed Engineer will implement and optimize the AI SRE Teammate for customer environments, ensuring operational performance and availability. They will also serve as a technical advocate for customers, conducting post-incident reviews and leading enterprise migrations.
