The Senior Accountant will ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording and verifying transactions, and will collaborate with various teams to ensure appropriate revenue recognition and expense management. The role involves performing account analysis, complex reconciliations, and supporting the month-end and year-end close processes.

Oversee the end-to-end credit and collections process to manage risk and improve cash flow across entertainment and ad tech businesses. Manage receivables operations, including invoicing and reconciliations, while partnering with internal teams to resolve billing disputes.

The Account Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Account Management team by inputting client orders and maintaining production schedules. They will also liaise with internal operations teams to ensure client specifications and deadlines are met.

This role involves leading the accounting function across multiple revenue-generating entities, focusing on operational excellence, strong financial controls, and timely, accurate reporting. Key duties include overseeing the full-cycle general ledger, managing revenue recognition, directing month-end close processes, and serving as the liaison with external auditors.

The Account Manager will own the end-to-end lifecycle of client orders, acting as the primary liaison accountable for quality status, risk visibility, rejection recovery, and schedule performance for studio and production partners. Key duties involve translating complex requirements into actionable workflows, driving execution across internal teams, and ensuring all content meets stringent technical, editorial, and metadata quality standards prior to distribution.
