The Patient Finance Specialist manages client enrollment, financial agreements, and insurance benefit communication to ensure seamless access to treatment. They act as a primary liaison between patients and internal teams to resolve barriers to care and coordinate aftercare resources.

Facilitate a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients and families to coordinate admissions into behavioral health programs. Maintain meticulous client records in Salesforce and ensure key performance indicators regarding admission rates and patient satisfaction are met.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and families, providing care coordination and customer service throughout treatment. Liaison between patients and internal teams to resolve concerns and manage scheduling and aftercare resources.

Facilitate the admissions process for at-risk youth by managing patient outreach and coordinating with families and referral sources. Ensure a supportive client experience while meeting specific admission quotas and documenting all interactions in the electronic record system.
