This role involves hands-on coaching of production teams on the floor to eliminate bottlenecks and improve labor utilization and quality control.
Conduct quality and service audits at manufacturing plants, checking materials, processes, inspections, and regulatory compliance against product specifications and company requirements. Train plant and service associates in quality improvement, inspection and testing, the NAV ERP system, and customer service practices, while sharing best practices across plants.
