Consult with customers to refinance auto loans and sell additional protection products using a consultative sales approach. Manage a high-volume pipeline of leads and process finance deals accurately according to lender and legal guidelines.

Lead the corporate technology function by owning both security and IT programs, managing a team of security and IT practitioners. Responsible for advancing the company's security posture, managing the SaaS and AI tools portfolio, and ensuring operational efficiency of IT services.
