The Safety & Security Lead will manage day-to-day safety operations, including incident response, case management, and investigation support. They will also focus on process improvement and data reporting to ensure the safety of Captains and customers across the platform.

You will own the lifecycle of the design system's tokens, components, and patterns while integrating AI to automate workflows and improve system efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure cross-platform consistency and drive the adoption of AI-native design practices.

You will own the design strategy for a major area of the super app, driving projects from concept to launch while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also act as a force multiplier by setting design vision, mentoring others, and using data and user research to inform design decisions.

Lead the development of real-time, cross-vertical personalization and ranking systems using transformer architectures and graph-based retrieval. Drive the AI transformation of the app by implementing RAG systems and optimizing customer engagement through data-driven decision-making.

The Program Manager will lead complex, cross-functional technical initiatives within the Rides Product team, acting as a bridge between engineering, product, and third-party partners. Key duties include managing dependencies, driving progress transparency, and embedding AI tools into core workflows to improve delivery health.
