The Senior AI Platform Engineer will partner with executive leadership and product teams to identify AI enablement needs and build scalable AI platform solutions. This role involves designing AI best practices, implementing agentic coding tools, and mentoring internal teams to improve efficiency through AI-powered tooling.

The Senior Product Manager will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all parent-facing experiences, including the Campanion mobile app and web portals. They will lead discovery efforts to balance the needs of camp directors and families while driving engagement, adoption, and retention metrics.

You will build the product marketing function from scratch, creating the connective tissue between product, sales, and customer success teams. You will own the go-to-market narrative for product launches and develop messaging that translates technical AI capabilities into clear, outcome-focused stories.
