The Staff Attorney provides comprehensive legal services to eligible clients in priority areas, including advice, negotiation, litigation, and administrative advocacy, while also reviewing and supervising the work product of support staff. This role involves undertaking statewide impact activity, developing specialized knowledge in poverty law, and coordinating advocacy efforts with various external groups.

They are expected to undertake statewide impact activity, develop specialized knowledge in poverty law, and coordinate advocacy efforts with various external groups.

The Directing Attorney will set the advocacy vision for the Mobilehome Ownership Preservation team, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality legal services delivery while maintaining an active caseload of complex housing cases. Responsibilities include team leadership, legal advocacy, initiative development, strategic planning, community engagement, and resource development.
