You will take ownership of significant product and technical problems, building and evolving the Budibase platform's app-building, automation, and AI agent capabilities. You will work closely with the product and design teams to ship high-quality, reliable, and scalable features.
You will assist customers with product inquiries via email, chat, and video calls while maintaining documentation and investigating technical issues. Additionally, you will build apps, agents, and automations for customers and contribute to small product improvements.
You will contribute to the development of the Budibase platform by building app-building experiences, workflow automations, and AI agents. You will also focus on improving system performance, reliability, security, and integrations with external APIs.
