The role involves building workflow automations and internal AI agents to improve team efficiency while managing core IT operational tasks. You will also oversee hardware lifecycles, lead IT onboarding and offboarding, and provide technical support to colleagues.
You will lead the technical design and implementation of partner integrations while managing the full lifecycle of services and AWS infrastructure. Additionally, you will leverage AI-powered tools to automate workflows, monitor performance, and ensure high availability of integration services.
