The Business Operations Manager will design and govern the operational systems that connect cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient workflows and clear accountability. They will manage the pipeline, maintain KPI scorecards, and bridge the gap between business needs and technical development without managing a large hierarchy.
You will manage the entire lifecycle of off-market and distressed real estate transactions from signed agreement through closing. This involves coordinating with attorneys, title partners, and lenders while ensuring all deadlines, documentation, and property access requirements are met.
You will manage the founder's operating rhythm by handling calendar and priority management, meeting preparation, and decision tracking. Additionally, you will act as a strategic partner by distinguishing urgent tasks from noise and providing actionable recommendations.
Provide legal advice and representation for real estate acquisitions, including quiet title actions, evictions, and title analysis. Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to manage filings, hearings, and transaction execution while maintaining independent legal judgment.
