The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of medical imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance. They must provide high-quality technical support, document processes, and represent the company professionally during on-site customer interactions.

The Parts Procurement Representative manages incoming part requests, including quoting, sourcing, and purchasing to support imaging service teams. They also build and maintain strong vendor relationships while coordinating with shipping and service teams to ensure timely equipment repairs.
