Capture high-quality gameplay footage across Blizzard franchises to support marketing campaigns, social media, and live broadcasts. Collaborate with producers and editors to ensure footage meets technical and storytelling requirements while managing internal archiving.

Provide consecutive interpreting and translation of design documents and in-game strings between Chinese and English for the Diablo Immortal team. Facilitate clear communication among cross-functional designers to ensure quality and on-time project delivery.

Manage end-to-end creative operations for paid media campaigns, including intake, QA, and delivery of assets. Coordinate across global marketing, brand, and agency partners to ensure timely execution and alignment on deliverables.

Improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of large-scale data platforms, ML pipelines, and inference services. Build automation and operational tooling to reduce toil and evolve centralized platform services across the organization.
