The Senior Human Resources Associate supports HR Principals by managing client accounts, processing multi-state payroll, and developing HR documentation. They also oversee recruitment processes and administer employee benefits for a variety of small to medium-sized businesses and non-profits.

The HR Principal provides strategic HR, payroll, and benefits consulting to small to medium-sized businesses and non-profits. They are responsible for designing HR programs, managing end-to-end payroll processing, and serving as a trusted advisor to client leadership.
