The Epic Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Epic Resolute Professional Billing Claims and Electronic Remittance application. They collaborate with affiliates to translate operational needs into system configurations while providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.

The Epic Clinical Analyst facilitates the design, configuration, and maintenance of Epic clinical modules while translating clinical requirements into system builds. They act as the primary support contact for end users and coordinate issue resolution across various application teams.

Provides general legal services and ensures organizational compliance with local, state, and federal laws, specifically focusing on healthcare technology and patient data privacy. Serves as the HIPAA Privacy Officer and manages the company-wide compliance program and legal advisory groups.

Lead the Professional Billing and Claims team by managing workloads, prioritizing Jira tickets, and overseeing system configuration. Act as a primary liaison for affiliates to translate operational requirements into Epic system designs and optimizations.

Lead and manage the success of Epic Professional Billing applications and their supporting teams. Oversee implementations, project prioritization, and software strategy while collaborating with affiliates and third-party vendors.
