The role provides comprehensive technical service and support to allocated customers and manages CTS Engineers at Ball facilities. It involves coordinating filling line trials, handling quality complaints, and collaborating with internal teams to drive cost-effective product improvements.

Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for the EMEA region. Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to align talent strategies with workforce planning needs.

Lead and coordinate technology delivery and system enhancements for procurement using Agile or Stage Gate governance. Responsibilities include managing system configurations, integrations, testing, and providing end-user support to drive adoption.
