The Front End Specialist will provide technical expertise for the installation, maintenance, and auditing of Front End process equipment across various facilities. This role involves training plant employees, managing technical projects, and acting as the primary point of contact for equipment-related problem solving.

Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing high-quality candidates. Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to align talent strategies with workforce planning needs.

The role provides comprehensive technical service and support to allocated customers and manages CTS Engineers at Ball facilities. It involves coordinating filling line trials, handling quality complaints, and collaborating with internal teams to drive cost-effective product improvements.
