The Customer Experience Designer will lead efforts to conceptualize, design, and refine user journeys by integrating human-centered design principles with data-driven insights. This role is responsible for shaping and optimizing end-to-end user experiences across digital and service delivery platforms.

The Research Paralegal supports the Enforcement & Compliance team by managing litigation and administrative casework, which includes monitoring court filings, maintaining databases, and assisting attorneys with compliance tasks before the U.S. Court of International Trade. Key duties involve performing legal research, proofreading documents, formatting citations in Bluebook style, and preparing various submissions for court cases and panel proceedings.

The role involves providing analytical and consultative support across the entire project lifecycle, from defining business requirements through design, testing, and implementation. Responsibilities include analyzing budgets, schedules, and resources, identifying shortfalls, and proactively resolving project risks and issues.
