The Product Lead will manage the end-to-end execution of pilot programs, including scoping, technical setup, and cross-functional coordination. They are responsible for driving ROI, creating repeatable deployment playbooks, and feeding real-world product gaps back into the engineering roadmap.

The Senior Backend Engineer will design, build, and ship multi-step, multi-modal agentic workflows serving hundreds of thousands of users, owning these systems end-to-end from requirements through production monitoring. A significant portion of time will be dedicated to deployment, with the remainder focused on building reusable workflow primitives and improving shared infrastructure based on field learnings.

As a Senior Backend AI Engineer, you will design, build, and operate the backend AI systems for Arbiter’s platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI systems that meet customer needs.
