Design, develop, and maintain clean and efficient back-end code using Ruby on Rails for new features and platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional SCRUM teams to define architecture, perform code reviews, and ensure high software quality through comprehensive testing.

You will source new opportunities through local onsite visits and attend conferences to engage school leaders in product discussions. Additionally, you will collaborate with enterprise sales teams to conduct product demos, manage proposals, and close deals within the K-12 education sector.

The Senior Engineer will be responsible for designing system architecture, scalable data models, and implementing event-capture frameworks within Ruby on Rails services. They will also design and build event-driven data pipelines to clean, model, and optimize data for user-facing insights and reporting features.

The Financial Analyst will own critical planning and analysis workflows, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning, while building scalable financial models across revenue, expenses, and headcount. They will also analyze financial performance and SaaS metrics to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

The representative will source new opportunities through frequent local onsite visits, attend conferences, lead presentations, and maintain follow-up with prospects to close deals. They will collaborate closely with enterprise sales reps on virtual product demonstrations, discovery, value demonstrations, proposal delivery, RFPs, and deal finalization.
