Configure, customize, integrate, and maintain ServiceNow or an equivalent ITSM platform for EACN operations, including workflows, dashboards, reporting, and updates reflecting system and equipment changes. Support configuration change requests, train users, document changes and analyses, and collaborate with government engineers and other stakeholders to align ITSM processes with mission needs.
