The Technical Support Lead will ensure fast, empathetic, and effective user interactions while co-leading Anima’s support desk. They will also design automations, create documentation, and build playbooks to scale a high-performing support organization.

The Account Manager will own expansion revenue across a defined book of GP practices by identifying, qualifying, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across all product lines. This involves running the full sales cycle within existing accounts, from identifying pain points and building relationships through to commercial framing, negotiation, and closing deals.
