Develop and organize training materials, SOPs, and onboarding resources to support Operations and Revenue Cycle Management teams. Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to identify training gaps and ensure consistent employee performance across the organization.

Provide leadership and operational oversight for a portfolio of anesthesia management clients and their supporting team members. Foster strong client partnerships, ensure service delivery excellence, and serve as a senior escalation point for operational challenges.
