The Federal Executive Leader will provide strategic vision and leadership to grow the firm's federal practice across DoD and civilian agencies. Responsibilities include driving capture planning, managing agency relationships, and securing high-value design/build contract opportunities.
Provide technical leadership for complex building structural projects and develop the technical capabilities of the structural staff. Manage the quality assurance and quality control processes while maintaining group standards and practices.
