The Sustainability and Certification Manager leads and manages AFM’s Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI®) and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®) group certification programs. This role ensures compliance with sustainability standards and protocols while supporting environmental reporting services and responsible forest management practices.

The Real Estate Broker will prospect for new listings, assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties, and act as an intermediary in negotiations. They will also provide guidance on market conditions and maintain compliance with state regulations.
