Assist healthcare facilities in achieving various cardiovascular accreditations, specializing in Chest Pain and Heart Failure designations. Conduct site reviews and analyze data to ensure facilities meet ACC Accreditation Services standards.

Responsible for maintaining member and customer records, processing order transactions, and managing dues billing and collection. The role also involves providing customer support via phone and email and training staff on the Association CRM.

Lead the transformation of cardiovascular care by developing business plans and implementing team-based care models. Manage complex projects and build strategic professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to improve heart health outcomes.

Manage a portfolio of high-impact industry partnerships from start to finish while serving as the primary relationship lead. Collaborate across internal teams to coordinate sponsorships and programs that deliver long-term value and standout experiences.

This role manages and advances revenue integrity programs to ensure accurate, compliant, and complete charge capture, coding, and billing across cardiovascular service lines. The Manager leads RCM assessments, coding reviews, audit activities, and education initiatives to identify revenue leakage and improve operational performance.
