The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and qualifying leads for the sales team. They will collaborate with Account Executives to manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate prospect information using modern sales tools.
Drive new business growth across the Northeast territory by prospecting and closing deals with law firms and insurance carriers. Manage and expand a portfolio of assigned accounts to increase service utilization and revenue.
Generate a sales pipeline through outbound activity and manage early-stage sales conversations and opportunity development. Act as a player-coach by setting execution standards and supporting the onboarding and development of new representatives.
The investigator will conduct field investigations, including workers' compensation inquiries and alive & well checks, utilizing both overt and covert video surveillance techniques. They are responsible for collecting evidence, identifying inconsistencies or fraud, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with clients and law enforcement when necessary.
