Manage and retain a portfolio of business clients by providing advanced retirement solutions and technical ERISA expertise. Act as the primary contact for advisors and sponsors to handle escalations, fee negotiations, and plan health improvements.

Support transformation efforts by creating change summaries, communication plans, and training artifacts to help clients and teams navigate transitions. Coordinate with stakeholders to draft compliant client messaging and monitor feedback to improve adoption and the client experience.

The Associate will be responsible for handling a wide range of incoming calls from retirement plan and health benefit participants, educating them, troubleshooting issues, and providing necessary support and information efficiently. They must serve as a single point of contact for support on Alerus products via telephone, email, and chat.
