This role manages the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, prepares management financial reporting packages, and oversees the preparation of annual financial statements while working with external auditors. The incumbent will also lead tax filing preparation, manage partnership tax reporting, and own the administration of deferred compensation plans.

The role involves taking a lead in sourcing, screening, and analyzing private credit secondary transactions, along with conducting thorough qualitative research and financial modeling to support evaluations. Responsibilities also include summarizing research into investment memorandums, presenting findings, managing internal databases, and monitoring portfolio holdings.

The professional will lead business development and relationship management within a target region or client type, focusing on developing new institutional relationships and executing sales across alternative investment solutions. This involves serving as the primary interface with prospective clients, crafting presentations, and collaborating internally to deliver tailored client experiences.

The associate will assist with middle and back-office operations and account services for private market funds, including recording transactions and tracking forecasted cash flows like capital calls and distributions. Responsibilities also involve reviewing closing packages, fee calculations, investor statements, and working on the year-end audit process.
