Lead the technical execution and governance of SAP S/4HANA enhancements and ABAP delivery through offshore teams. Ensure adherence to clean core principles while coordinating with Basis, Security, and integration teams for platform stability.

The OT Strategy Leader will define and execute the strategy for modernizing and managing the lifecycle of industrial control systems across manufacturing plants. This role acts as a liaison between plant engineering and IT/cybersecurity teams to ensure secure, efficient, and data-driven operational technology environments.
