This role provides administrative support and maintains facility records within the worldwide provider network. Key duties include ensuring data accuracy in PINS and SharePoint, resolving invoice inquiries, and supporting business development through network reporting.

Supports the Program Manager in executing the AFCAP VI contract and serves as the primary authority in the PM's absence. Oversees task order performance across dispersed locations and ensures 24-hour responsiveness to Government requirements.

They serve as the primary interface with the Government Program Management Team to ensure contract compliance and quality performance.

Research, develop, and maintain discipline-specific construction cost data for new construction, renovation, and maintenance. Collaborate with subject matter experts to unify cost data and integrate emerging industry trends and technologies.

The Staff Cost Consultant is responsible for performing cost estimating, analysis, and control activities while leading project team members to achieve project goals. They also maintain relationships with project personnel and support the professional development of other staff members.
