The role involves developing and maintaining business-critical software systems using a full-stack approach to applied data science. Key tasks include prototyping, productionizing AI models, and designing controlled experiments for audio and video processing.

Support the planning and execution of 20-40 annual events, including trade shows, webinars, and internal company events. Coordinate end-to-end logistics, manage vendor relationships, and track performance metrics to report on ROI and pipeline influence.

Establish strong customer relationships by understanding their global audience strategy and localization requirements, tailoring products like translation and dubbing to drive measurable value. Responsibilities also include onboarding customers, providing proactive support, managing content requests across locales, and advocating for customer needs internally.

The Account Director will be responsible for finding and winning new business, as well as expanding existing business within major Media and Entertainment customer accounts for video accessibility solutions. This involves managing customer relationships and collaborating with Customer Success Managers to ensure account growth and support.
