This role involves coordinating internal teams, managing EPC and O&M contractors, and securing necessary permits from local authorities.

The role involves leading technical and strategic aspects of transmission analysis, grid interconnection, and system integration for large-scale solar and battery storage projects. The leader will manage interconnection requests, oversee power system studies, and ensure compliance with regional reliability standards.

Manage a firmware and software team to develop, validate, and optimize product firmware for renewable energy systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features, implement control algorithms, and ensure successful product design and deployment.
