The Director provides leadership and strategic direction for the Children’s Initiatives Unit, overseeing system transformation for children with serious emotional disturbances. They act as the primary advocate and liaison for regional and statewide mental health efforts while managing program budgets and staff.
The Complex Case Coordinator monitors and manages care coordination initiatives while guiding the provider network toward a holistic, integrated service model. They are responsible for maintaining a caseload, completing assessments and plans of care, and connecting members with community resources and health providers.
