The Enrollment Specialist will conduct outbound calls to U.S. Medicare patients to educate them on and enroll them in physician-recommended virtual care programs. They are responsible for accurately documenting patient information and meeting daily enrollment performance targets.

Act as a virtual care coach managing a panel of patients with chronic conditions through phone and electronic communication. Responsibilities include onboarding patients, reviewing remote monitoring alerts, and updating patient care plans under physician supervision.
