Zoho Developer in Kabul

About the Role: We are seeking a forward-thinking Zoho Developer based in Kabul - Afghanistan to join our international Development team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, designing scalable applications within the Zoho ecosystem. While strong Full-Stack capability is required, this role is centered on leveraging low-code efficiency with high-code customization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Development: Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to architect, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web and desktop applications on the Zoho platform.
  

• Solution Design: Translate business requirements into technical user stories, architectural diagrams, and precise development estimates.
  

• Advanced Customization: Design and unit-test custom applications, ensuring strict adherence to global coding standards and best practices.
  

• Integration Engineering: Develop and tune robust API integrations between Zoho products (CRM, Creator, Books) and third-party external applications.
  

• Migration & Deployment: Lead the migration of legacy client applications to modern Zoho architectures and manage release cycles/deployment packages.
  

• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous peer code reviews and provide third-level technical support to resolve complex application issues.
  

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  

• Language: Professional proficiency in English is mandatory for daily communication with international stakeholders.
  

• Core Technical Skills:
  

  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Relational Database Design (SQL, Querying).
    

  • Proficiency in version control workflows (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
    

  • Experience with NodeJS, Python, or Java.
    

  • Modern frontend exposure: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Next.js.
    

• Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting with a strong aptitude for learning emerging technologies.
  

The "Ideal" Candidate (Big Plus):

• Zoho Ecosystem Mastery: Prior professional experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, or Zoho Books.
  

• Deluge Scripting: Deep familiarity with Deluge (Data Enriched Language for the Universal Grid Environment) for backend logic and automation is highly preferred.
