Who You Are / Your Next Challenge

We are seeking a hands-on Workplace Technology Lead to own and evolve our internal technology stack, including Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and our growing SaaS ecosystem.

This is a high-ownership role where you will not only manage systems but continuously improve them. You will be responsible for ensuring our workplace technology is secure, scalable, and easy to use, enabling a distributed team to operate effectively.

You are someone who enjoys bringing structure to environments, automating where possible, and reducing friction for users—while maintaining strong security and governance standards.

Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
• Experience with Intune and endpoint management (including Autopilot)
• Solid understanding of Entra ID and identity and access management
• Experience managing SaaS tools and user lifecycle
• Proven ability to own systems end-to-end

Technical Knowledge

• Familiarity with Microsoft security tooling (Defender, DLP)
• Experience with automation (e.g. PowerShell)
• Understanding of device compliance, conditional access, and modern workplace security practices

Job responsibilities to include

• Own Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) and improve structure, governance, and usability
• Lead endpoint management using Intune (policies, compliance, Autopilot, device strategy)
• Manage device lifecycle from procurement through provisioning to offboarding
• Own SaaS access and tooling, including provisioning, SSO, and licence optimisation
• Drive identity and security via Entra ID (MFA, conditional access, least privilege)
• Improve the platform through automation, standardisation, and process improvements
• Partner with the business to resolve issues and reduce recurring support demand
