Mission:

- End-to-end application management (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in Intune

- L3 supporting activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users)

- Bug analysis/fixes

- Feature development when necessary

- Contributing to product lifecycle management on local entity

Deliverables:

- App packages/ configured through Intune/VPN setup

- Updating/resolving/closing ServiceNow incident tickets

- Reports (Security items, device count, apps/tools reports) through Intune/Log Analytics

- Documentation of all that will be implemented/configured

Technical Expertise’s:
