Working Student – AI & People Analytics (m/f/d)

Your mission

Are you passionate about Artificial Intelligence, automation, and building practical AI solutions that create real business impact? We are looking for a curious and hands-on Working Student (15–20 hours per week) to join our Global People & Culture team and help drive the adoption of AI-powered technologies across HR processes and services. Your work in the People & Culture AI Projects team spans:
 

• You design, develop, and optimize AI agents and intelligent applications that support employees and managers through HR-related processes, knowledge retrieval, and decision-making workflows
• You build prototypes and production-ready solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), conversational AI frameworks, APIs, and workflow automation platforms
• You develop integrations between HR platforms, knowledge bases, productivity tools, and AI services to enable seamless data exchange and end-to-end automation
• You configure, test, and enhance AI solutions by leveraging prompt engineering, retrieval mechanisms, contextual data sources, and agent-based architectures
• You collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and user-centric AI experiences
• You contribute to the design and maintenance of system prompts, agent instructions, and governance frameworks to ensure accurate, compliant, and company-aligned outputs

Your profile

• You are an enrolled student in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a similar field
• You have hands-on experience integrating AI into daily operations — from identifying automation opportunities to building agents and automated workflows
• You have a genuine interest in AI and LLMs and a desire to build things that people actually use
• You have a structured, solution-oriented working style: you enjoy solving complex problems, structuring messy workflows, and learning new tools quickly
• You have strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
• You are available for at least 6 months and enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the working student contract
