Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (reporting remotely) Schedule: Mon–Fri, Core Hours 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (CST)Salary Range: $77,000–$87,000 annually

We are seeking an experienced Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Claim Specialist to investigate, evaluate, and manage workers’ compensation claims while delivering outstanding service to our clients. In this role, you will make informed claim decisions, maintain compliance with industry and company standards, and contribute to positive claim outcomes. This position also provides opportunities for career advancement into leadership roles.

Compensation & Compliance
The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
