This is a remote position.

A Workday Integration Lead / Architect with 5 to 7 years of Workday Integration experience. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday HR solutions to meet the business requirements of clients.


Skills and Qualification

  • 5 to 7 years of Workday Integration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of EIB, Connectors, Workday Studio, Third Party Payroll Integrations, and other complex integration solutions.
  • Must have worked on End-to-end implementation workday projects and hands-on experience in the deployment process.
  • Active Workday certification is mandatory.
  • Collaborate with the Client’s Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
  • Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client's expected business result.
  • Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of Web Services and solution design approaches around them.
  • Strong knowledge of working with data exchange formats like XML, JSON, and data transformation using XSLT.
  • Good knowledge of Advanced/ BIRT reports.
  • Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly.
  • Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer, and problem solver.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively.
