Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail oriented and customer focused HRIS Analyst to join our HR Technology team. This role will serve as a Workday administrator, partnering closely with Finance, People, and Payroll teams to maintain system functionality, optimize business processes, and ensure data integrity. You will play a key role in supporting and evolving our Workday ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the functional administrator for Workday Financials and HCM modules, including Core Financials, Expenses, Planning, Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, Learning, Prism, and Reporting.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Payroll stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
- Maintain data integrity through audits, validations, and system controls.
- Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for Finance and HR stakeholders.
- Support Workday releases by testing new functionality, assessing business impact, and implementing approved enhancements.
- Support inbound and outbound integrations with downstream systems and third-party vendors.
- Provide day-to-day Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, including issue triage, end-user training, and documentation.
- Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience supporting HRIS/ERP systems, including 1+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
- Experience supporting or configuring one or more Workday modules.
- Working knowledge of both Workday Financials and Workday HCM is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with reporting and Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer first mindset.
