You'll communicate with individuals virtually, assist with questions, provide information about available options, and help guide them through the appropriate process. Individuals moving forward must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States. You will need access to a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and an appropriate workspace. The position involves activities within the insurance industry. Before conducting activities that require licensing, selected individuals must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License. This may include completing pre-licensing education, examinations, applications, and applicable licensing fees at the candidate's expense. No previous insurance experience is necessary. Training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and continued professional development are available throughout the onboarding process. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation structures, and contractor terms can differ by state.
