In this role, you’ll connect with clients virtually through phone, video, and email. You’ll take time to understand their needs, explain available options clearly, and guide them through the process with professionalism and care.
You’ll also maintain accurate client records, complete follow-ups, and work closely with your team to improve communication, share strategies, and achieve goals.
We’re looking for individuals who are driven, coachable, and comfortable working in a remote environment. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to communicate clearly with clients from different backgrounds.
You should bring strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, self-discipline, and the ability to stay consistent while working independently. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or financial services is helpful, but not required.
