Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for Körber/HighJump WMS applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve WMS production issues.
- Handle incident management, user queries, and support tickets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for issue resolution.
- Support warehouse operations including inventory, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
- Maintain documentation and ensure SLA compliance.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in WMS Support.
- Hands-on experience with Körber/HighJump WMS.
- Good understanding of warehouse management processes.
- Basic SQL knowledge preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in US Shift timings.
