 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 support for Körber/HighJump WMS applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve WMS production issues.
  • Handle incident management, user queries, and support tickets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients for issue resolution.
  • Support warehouse operations including inventory, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure SLA compliance.

Required Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in WMS Support.
  • Hands-on experience with Körber/HighJump WMS.
  • Good understanding of warehouse management processes.
  • Basic SQL knowledge preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in US Shift timings.
