PI Midlantic is on the lookout for a passionate Wellness Coach to join our Human Resources team in Annapolis. This full-time, remote position presents a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of enhancing employee well-being and fostering a culture of health within the staffing and recruiting industry.



As a Wellness Coach, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing wellness programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional health among our employees. Your expertise will help shape initiatives that drive engagement and improve overall workplace satisfaction, aligning with our strategic goals of building a thriving workforce.



We offer a competitive salary range of $98,800 - $110,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development in a supportive environment.



Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement wellness programs tailored to employee needs

  • Conduct individual and group coaching sessions

  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements

  • Provide resources and support for healthy lifestyle changes

  • Collaborate with HR to promote wellness initiatives

  • Organize wellness challenges and events to foster engagement

  • Monitor and report on participant progress and outcomes

  • Stay updated on wellness trends and best practices



Requirements



  • Relevant certification in wellness coaching or related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
