Lead end-to-end delivery of website and digital projects from initial scoping through to launch. Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams while acting as the primary point of contact for clients.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of website and digital projects at N4 Studio, from initial scoping through to launch.

You’ll be responsible for keeping projects moving across design, development and content, making sure timelines, budgets and scope stay on track while keeping both clients and internal teams clear, confident and aligned.

This is a senior delivery role. You’ll need to be comfortable managing multiple projects at once, spotting risks before they become problems, navigating changing priorities and making sure the right people have what they need to deliver great work.

We build exclusively in Webflow, so strong Webflow (or similar) knowledge is important. You don’t need to be a developer, but you do need to understand the platform and how Webflow websites are designed and built so you can successfully scope, plan and manage projects through delivery.

About N4 Studio

N4 Studio is a global digital agency of around 60 people, specialising in Webflow design, development, and growth. We hold the distinction of being Webflow’s number one agency partner in the world, a position that gives our team direct access to Webflow’s product roadmap, early feature previews, and close collaboration with their global team.

We operate fully remote, with clients and teammates across New Zealand, Australia, North America, the UK and EU. Our culture is built for international collaboration: clear communication, shared ownership, and a genuine respect for people doing great work regardless of where they are located.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing global agency and take real ownership of how complex digital projects are delivered, working closely with our clients and teams across design, development and Client Success.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in digital project management, ideally within a digital, creative or web agency

  • Experienced managing website and digital projects from scoping through to launch

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and workstreams across design, development and content

  • Strong understanding of project scope, timelines, budgets and resourcing

  • Experienced identifying risks, managing scope changes and keeping projects on track when priorities shift

  • Confident managing clients throughout the project lifecycle, including expectations, status meetings, escalations and difficult conversations when needed

  • Able to translate client requirements into clear briefs, plans and actions for internal teams

  • Strong working knowledge of Webflow and how Webflow websites are designed and delivered

  • Comfortable working closely with designers and developers and understanding the dependencies between each stage of delivery

  • Experienced managing external contractors or freelancers where required

  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership without needing constant direction

  • A clear communicator who can keep clients, internal teams and senior stakeholders aligned

  • Full professional English proficiency required; resume must be submitted in English

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading website and digital projects from kickoff through to launch

  • Translating client briefs into clear project plans, timelines, scopes and budgets

  • Coordinating design, development and content workstreams across multiple projects

  • Managing project documentation, timelines, risks and status updates

  • Keeping projects on time and within budget while maintaining a high standard of delivery

  • Identifying risks, blockers and scope issues early and resolving them before they impact delivery

  • Acting as the senior point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

  • Running regular client status meetings and keeping expectations clear from kickoff through to handover

  • Briefing and coordinating designers, developers, copywriters and other contributors

  • Making sure internal teams are well-scoped, unblocked and clear on priorities

  • Sourcing, briefing and managing contractors where additional delivery support is required

  • Managing contractor costs as part of overall project budgets

  • Partnering with the wider team on scoping, estimating and new business opportunities where relevant

  • Flagging potential retainer, repeat project or growth opportunities to the Client Success team

  • Contributing to N4’s project management processes, reporting and wider delivery systems

N4 is a global team working across multiple regions and time zones. For this role, we’re looking for someone available to work across ET, CT, MT or PT hours to support our North American client base while maintaining as much crossover as possible with our wider global team.

Given our global team, there may occasionally be a need to join meetings outside of your usual working hours. We’re open to discussing your preferred working hours and what works best for you, while ensuring enough crossover with your clients and the wider team.

We’re open to either full-time employment or a full-time contract arrangement for the right person.

We look forward to hearing from you!
