Our client is a growing multi-brand hospitality group managing a portfolio of properties across the US, now bringing core web development in-house to reduce reliance on external agencies.

📝 Short Description
We're looking for a hands-on Web Developer to build, maintain, and continuously improve websites across a multi-brand hospitality portfolio. The role blends front-end and back-end development, with a strong focus on WordPress, Elementor, and Squarespace, working closely with the Marketing & Creative team to turn designs into fast, responsive, accessible, high-performing websites.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Manage website updates and ongoing maintenance across the portfolio; build new pages, landing pages, and full redesigns using WordPress/Elementor and Squarespace.

• Translate brand designs and creative concepts into responsive, functional web experiences that work consistently across devices.

• Develop and maintain custom functionality; work with themes, plugins, and custom code; troubleshoot front-end and back-end issues.

• Build and maintain integrations with booking engines, forms, analytics platforms, and tracking/tag management tools.

• Monitor and improve site speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals; maintain hosting, domains, DNS, backups, and software updates, including occasional GoDaddy tasks.

• Implement technical and on-page SEO best practices.

• Build and maintain websites in accordance with WCAG 2.1 AA / ADA standards; audit existing pages and remediate content and PDFs for accessibility.

• Partner with the Marketing & Creative Director and Creative Manager to scope, prioritize, and manage a queue of website requests across multiple properties and brands.

✅ Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining websites with WordPress, including Elementor, and Squarespace.

• Strong front-end and back-end skills: PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA / ADA standards, with experience remediating sites for accessibility.

• Experience managing multiple websites: plugins, hosting environments, backups, performance optimization.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; able to work independently across multiple concurrent requests.

• Nice to have: Figma or wireframing tools, experience building small internal web apps, familiarity with AI coding tools like Claude or Codex, Power Apps, experience integrating booking engines/analytics/tag management, hospitality or multi-brand/multi-site background.
