A U.S.-based multi-specialty family medical practice offering primary care, women's health, preventive care, minor surgical procedures, and mental health services to its local community. The practice has operated for nearly three decades and also supports specialized services such as immigration and occupational physicals through a multi-provider care team.

✍ Short Description:
This is a part-time, project-based role supporting website maintenance and graphic design production for ongoing marketing and communication needs. The Web Developer & Graphic Designer will manage and update the company website, create and edit pages and landing pages, and ensure content displays correctly across desktop and mobile devices, while also producing flyers, social media graphics, banners, and other digital materials aligned with brand guidelines. This role does not require advanced software development experience; it calls for a practical mix of basic web development, web design, and graphic design skills, with the ability to work independently and manage assigned projects with a variable workload.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Update, maintain, and troubleshoot the company website, creating or editing pages and landing pages as needed.

• Update text, images, buttons, forms, and other website content, ensuring correct display across desktop and mobile devices.

• Make basic improvements to website speed and usability, and follow basic SEO best practices.

• Connect forms or other marketing tools to the website when necessary.

• Design flyers, social media graphics, banners, and other digital materials, including graphics and visual elements for the website.

• Resize and adapt designs across platforms, and edit and optimize photos and images.

• Follow the company's branding and visual guidelines, supporting occasional marketing campaigns with creative materials.

💡 Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in web design, web development, graphic design, or a similar role.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, with a basic understanding of responsive web design.

• Experience with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, or similar website platforms.

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Canva and/or Figma is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus.

• Strong visual and design sense, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Portfolio required, including websites or landing pages, graphic design projects, and flyers, digital ads, or social media graphics.
