We are looking for a Web Designer who bridges the gap between high-end modern aesthetics and high-conversion performance. Schedule: Flexible, with overlap in CET
Monthly Budget: $900 (based on a 20-hour workweek, depending on level of experience)
What You’ll Do
- Design world-class PDPs, homepages, and collection flows that feel premium and load fast.
- Use Figma to build wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes rooted in psychology and CRO.
- Leverage Midjourney, Firefly, and other AI tools to generate stunning lifestyle assets and rapid layout iterations.
- Maintain scalable component libraries so our builds stay clean and developer-friendly.
- Create "thumb-stopping" experiences for the modern mobile shopper.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- You have 4+ years of professional experience, specifically in the E-com/DTC space.
- Auto-layout and components are your second language.
- You understand heatmaps, conversion funnels, and why a button belongs there and not here.
- You are already experimenting with AI to retouch, generate, and optimize your workflow.
- You deliver "developer-ready" files that are organized and pixel-perfect.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working with Shopify or Shopify Plus.
- Basic motion design skills (After Effects or similar).
